Section 68
Can give warning
If an employee does not follow the office hours, does not obey the orders given by his superiors in matters related to government work, or is negligent or slow in the work assigned to him, the relevant supervisor may issue a warning to such an employee and record the personal details of the relevant employee. It should be kept on file.
